Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all United States orders over $40.00. For orders under that amount, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 applies.

Tip: Add a few more items to your cart to qualify for free shipping and save on delivery costs!

Delivery Times

United States Standard Delivery (5-7 business days)

Free US shipping on orders over $40 Free for orders over $40.00.

Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days) - £9.95

Need your products faster? Choose our express delivery option at checkout for next-day or two-day delivery to most UK addresses.

International Shipping (7-14 Business Days)

We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). All orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Locations

UK Mainland

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, including England, Scotland, and Wales. Standard and express delivery options available.

Northern Ireland & Islands

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and UK islands may take an additional 1-2 business days. Please contact us if you have specific delivery questions for these areas.

International

We currently ship to the EU, USA, Canada, and Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress with our courier partner.

For registered customers, you can also track your order status by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" page.

Returns & Exchanges

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
